2004 Chado Seminar Calendar




Seminar Basic Schedule

Five whole days intensive course including one hour morning and evening zazen sessions. The course is held in a local monastery/convent and partcipants may stay in its accommodations.

Basic schedule:
- wake up: 6 AM
- zazen: 6:30 -7:30 AM
- breakfast: 8 AM
- chado practice: 9 AM - 12 PM
- lunch: noon
- chado practice: afternoon
- dinner: around 6 PM
- zazen: after dinner





Belgium seminar - 4th to 9th June 2004
